Lucid Dreaming and Dream Logs

Lucid dreaming is the ability to control what's going on during a dream. It's basically being conscious in your own dreams. FUCKING AWESOME. I've tried to lucid dreams for years but I'm really bad with sticking to things.

To lucid dream one must keep a dream journal and do reality check through the day testing to see if your dreaming.

Since I think the second step is kind of dumb I'm just going to post my dream logs here. I haven't remembered a dream in a while so hopefully during break I'll be able to get some dreaming in.

Writing Everyday

It would be awesome if my blog could get a massive amount of followers, but right now I desperately need to work on my writing skills.I have a voice, scattered brained as it is, I think it's refreshing to hone my craft and get a some what unique voice. So even if it's just a tiny blurb or whatever I will be post something whenever I remember. I have the worst memory I know. Maybe this will help.

Last.fm vs Pandora

I really couldn't tell you the difference between the two services. I like the web layout for Pandora a bit better. You have to pay for Pandora and the free service only allows 40 hours of music a month, which SUCKS!

Last.fm's site is really cluttered and a bit hard to navigate. It kind of sucks that you can't add specific artist to your library, you have to add a specific song for some artists.

I just started using Last.fm so I'm really not a good judge for the both services. I'm really curious as to how it chooses songs. RESEARCH TIME!

The sweatyness. The messiness. Her eyebrows and hair. When she talks about cinnamon. It's too much. I love the drama. The first time I watched this I was just really confused, and then I felt guilty when she started talking about God. But then she talks about bashing people's brains in.

But the true highlight of this video is when she drops the microphone at the end. MESS.

Ghetto Voguing


I was obsessed with Vogue Evolution during their run on America's Best Dance Crew. I searched for Leiomy videos and a brand new world was opened up to me. I'm not to learned on the subject but Vogue or "voguing" is a highly stylized modern dance characterized by photo model-like poses integrated with angular, linear and rigid arm, leg, and body movements. The unique inner-city dance subculture was brought to international mainstream attention.

Leiomy is just one of the legends. Alluora, Yoanda and many many more. These girls work it out and I am astounded by their talent and ability. I wish I could do half the shit these bitches can throw down. Here's a vid that I truly enjoy. At about :20 Leiomy does this double spin TKD kick and hits the floor. I LOSE IT EVERY TIME I WATCH THIS SHIT. Leiomy's hair truly has a mind of its own.
